24 March 2010 – Arena announced the entry into its Elite Team of International Swimmers of Francesca Halsall (UK). Francesca, a specialist in 50 and 100m freestyle, is today considered one of the most talented female sprinters in the world. The young sprinter from Southport has signed a sponsorship agreement with Arena through to the 2012 Olympic Games, meaning she will become one of the top ambassadors of Arena hi-tech range of racing and training equipment in the United Kingdom.
